Last weekend, we were in St. Augustine where Henry preached and Chad sang at The Village Church in the World Golf Village community. Our friend, Alan, is one of the pastors there and we enjoyed the weekend. Worship was wonderful.
We are on Spring Break this week and it has been a full one. We spent Monday doing some "stuff" around home and then took Tuesday and Wednesday to go build a ramp for my parents so that my dad can get in and out of the house easier. Well, Henry built it and I was the helper. We got back Wednesday in time for the really bad weather to set in which included taking our gazebo over our fence! Thankfully, our damage was minimal compared to some of our neighbors. We did lose power for about 15 hours but sitting in an electric-free house and losing what was in the fridge is nothing compared to what others had to deal with.
Tonight is Relay for Life in Trenton. My dad will be able to do the survivor lap in a wheelchair and Henry's dad will be there walking in all his glory! We're thankful for both of these amazing men of God.
Make it a great weekend!
