My mom and dad actually came into town for the weekend! With all the moving around we have done, that hasn't happened in over a year. Of course, they are staying with Heather and Keith tonight so that they have a bed to sleep in. :) It is so much fun to watch them with Kaleb. They haven't seen him in about four months so they enjoyed every minute of him!
One of the kids from our youth group "way back when" was hospitalized this week. His parents were out of state on vacation. When I received the call, I understood the helplessness felt by his parents as they were so far away and their son was so ill. Eric went home from the hospital today. Thank God! There are still some unknowns as to what caused his problem but we are thankful that he is home and continue to pray for the wisdom of doctors to locate the problem.
We continue to move closer to home ownership. We are grateful and continue to stand in awe of God's faithfulness. If you think you might be able to help either loading in Tarpon or unloading in Orlando, let me know! We're going to be looking for help with the move and would appreciate anyone willing to carry a box! :)
