Feeling a little melancholy tonight. Received this from a friend today. Wanted to share...

“The Christian life is a journey, not just a destination. And unfortunately, God doesn’t give us walking shoes and cotton socks for our journey with Jesus. We wear sandals. Our walk includes dirty feet, pebbles under our heels, blisters, potholes, detours, stumbles—and lost luggage. But ultimately—even surprisingly—we always arrive where God wants us to go. It just never happens the way we expected.”
