Today, Henry and I painted. As I rolled that fresh coat of paint over the ugliness of what was, I couldn't help but think, "We all need a fresh coat every once in a while." It takes work to prepare for the new paint job but, in the end, it's worth the effort.
Got a card today from a dear friend. She reminded me...Jeremiah 29:11. Thanks Vicki.
