Ramblings...

It hit me tonight that I haven't been blogging much lately. We have been swamped with working on our "new" little abode. Plumbing issues, cleaning and painting have been the primary focus of this week but next week, the focus for Henry moves outside as we works to replace some wood, etc., on the exterior of the house.

Kaleb is due in a little over one month! Heather's tummy is growing seemingly by the hour! God is good...

Melissa ran her first half-marathon and finished!!! I'm so proud of her! She is now up to her eyeballs in essays for the next stage of Teacher of the Year, the state level.

We are praying about Henry's job. If you are reading or hearing anything about our state's education budget crisis, you know that my job is also on our minds. We continue to trust God with everything since it all belongs to Him anyway! :)

Please pray for our friend's daughter, Jenna, who was diagnosed with mono this past week. What a yucky thing to have to go through.

Just want to take a minute to brag on our kids...all our kids. This past week, I have had meaningful, heart-to-heart conversations with all of our children as well as two who have lived with us in the past. What a gift for a mom to see them "all grown up" and living that way too!

Be blessed! Pam
