Sunday was what I had expected...lots of tears, lots of laughter. Besides our kids (all of them including the Sanders), we had Apopka visitors who loved on us as well. It was very surreal. Among the worship songs for the 9:15 service, Chad led "The Voice of Truth"; what a powerful message. Hearing it from our son was even more special and I can't thank our Generations praise team enough for how they have embraced him as a team member.
The picnic at Howard Park was amazing. Three hours of visiting with all ages. I have no idea how many people were there but it was huge turnout and I pray you/they will continue to stand strong as a church family. We are praying right now for the next pastoral family for this church.
The next steps include figuring out the details of our lives...where we will work, live, etc. Thank you for your prayers through this transitional time of our lives. We continue to feel blessed and loved.
